We breathe without thinking—yet so often, we hold our breath to avoid feeling. Over time, that holding becomes a habit, a quiet disconnection from ourselves. Breathwork invites us back—to release, to soften, to remember. It opens the door to presence, peace, and the healing we’ve been waiting for.
Each session meets you where you are—nothing forced, just the breath, guiding you home.
Please park on the street in front of the facility. Doors open at 5:45 PM. Class starts promptly at 6:00 PM. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, two pillows, and a cozy blanket.
