Celeste Ducharme, Founder & President
Celeste Ducharme is a giving, goal-oriented, passionate leader who motivates, mentors, encourages, and puts others’ needs and circumstances before her own. She has spent the past decade compassionately helping her community, staff, and local business owners overcome obstacles, create a plan to persevere, and take simplified action steps to create their dream life.
Celeste and her husband, Roger, of 31 years have raised two extraordinary children. Her dedication to faith, family, and encouraging others, shows up in how she lives her life each day.
She has spent the past 30-plus years building businesses and managing teams within several high-profile companies such as Nordstrom, Dennis Uniform Company, The Rancon Group, and Ranch RV & Self-Storage.
Celeste is a co-author of the #1 International Best-Seller, “Turn Possibilities into Realities” and recently published her second co-authored book, “The Journey Is Yours To Take, Choose To Move Through Frazzled to Fabulous.” She will also be appearing in the upcoming documentary “Beyond the Game,” produced by Susan Sember, educating student-athletes on how to leverage their platform as an athlete for the next chapter of success.
Building beauty from brokenness is a welcomed opportunity for those who are open to her guidance.
Jamie Shaffstall, Fundraising Community Ambassador
Jamie Shaffstall is an experienced professional in the health and wellness industry for eight years. She is dedicated to mentoring individuals in achieving holistic goals – physical, mental, and financial well-being. Passionate about mental health awareness, Jamie draws inspiration from personal struggles with addiction, depression, and anxiety. Firmly believing in the transformative power of mindset, Jamie utilizes various modalities like fitness, clean eating, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki for personal healing and advocates their benefits to others.
Michele Broad NP-C, Board Member
Michele’s mission is to empower women everywhere with the tools and support needed to conquer their professional life while also teaching them to nurture their well-being. With over 25 years under her stethoscope, she’s guided countless women on their path to success, recognizing that a healthy body and mind are the cornerstones of a thriving business or career.
Yvette Medina, Board Member
Yvette is passionate about empowering women to feel amazing about themselves through personal style and a focus on health and wellness. With over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, she has a gift for helping men, women, and children feel confident in the clothes they wear. Yvette’s personal journey of transforming her own health and wellness, through a routine and healthy habits, has inspired her to guide others on a similar path. She deeply values love, integrity, and spirit, and her compassionate nature allows her to meet people where they are, helping them uncover their own inner light. Yvette also has a love for movies, music, and dance, which fuel her creative spirit. She cherishes her family, friends, and the community she serves. Her mission is to become a beacon of light for others, guiding them towards discovering their passion and living a life that truly lights them up.
Lisa Mariella, MBA, Board Member
Lisa is a faithful Catholic, wife, mom, educator, speaker, health and wellness coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and entrepreneur. She has recently co-authored the Amazon best seller, Empowered Women in Wellness: Courage to Shine. With a passion for faith, wellness and continual growth, Lisa now educates others on how to connect with their spirituality, and improve their health by understanding the importance of gut health, reading ingredients labels and fueling their bodies optimally. She also helps women find the balance to contribute to the family finances while still being a present mom.
Celia Martin, Board Member
Celia is a life-long learner and hands-on marketing consultant who helps organizations get the right message to the right person at the right time. After years in the corporate world, Celia started a marketing automation agency that helps nonprofits, higher education, healthcare, insurance, and other industries use data to personalize interactions.
With the underrepresentation of women in the tech industry, Celia aspires to introduce women and girls to all things tech, creating a safe space for growth and empowerment.
When not leading teams to better understand marketing automation, Celia loves traveling with her family, cooking, and cheering on the University of Georgia – Go Dawgs!
